Delivery Management System
Hotline utilizes the most comprehensive Delivery Management System (DMS) available for the express shipment industry today.  It is a web enabled system designed to manage all aspects of the expedited delivery business.

Hotline’s enterprise software solution allows for close management of the entire delivery process as well as advanced communications between our customer service agents, drivers, and customers.

Our Delivery Management System provides;

  • Client Self Service portal available 24/7 for order entry and account management
  • Real-time communications with our fleet of trucks
  • Receive immediate electronic signature confirmation via e-mail
  • Audit history of all shipment and driver movements
  • On-line view of the precise location of shipments in transit
  • Driver level scanning and tracking of individual bar-coded pieces
  • Audible alerting to the driver if pieces are not picked up or delivered as scheduled

On-Demand & Scheduled Route Delivery Tools
In addition to our powerful distribution software tools for on-demand messenger and scheduled route deliveries, we have a powerful set of tools for managing complex distributions that require piece level tracking through a series of distribution points.  Our system is comprised of a suite of tools that can be tailored to meet the individual needs of any client.

  • Scale Interface for weighing shipments
  • Bar code label printing 
  • Tracking events that can be tailored by account or service type for events such as received at terminal, cross docking activity, or tendered to a third party carrier
  • Wireless scanning in the warehouse and immediate printing of overage and shortage reports
  • Rapid entry program that automatically specifies the route for each shipment entered
  • Electronic or paper manifest generation

Our secure web enabled, password-protected system assists you with pricing, allows you to store addresses and cost center or reference data, provides easy real-time tracking and auto Proof-of-delivery notification.
